The rear secondary entrance to Les Promenades Montarville shopping center has been transformed to make this access point pleasant and user-friendly
for residents of the new buildings located behind the centre. The architectural concept gives a more important aesthetic appearance to this access with
the addition of glass walls to provide more light, both interior and exterior visibility by increasing the free height of the exterior entrance and
hall, completely opposite of the blind existing rear entrance. Structural interventions in the envelope were necessary to provide this access
with a cantilevered awning providing lighting and protection for the users of the shopping center. A landscaped plaza will complete the architecture in terms of providing an exterior seating area in the second phase of work.
