The Memph is a development project near Lake Memphremagog aiming for LEED and Novoclimat 2.0 certification. The aesthetic of the project takes his inspiration in the vernacular architecture of the Cantons-de-l’Est with a contemporary touch. Theses condominiums are aimed at both young professionnals and families thanks to its variety of housing and its community spaces on the edge of the forest. A series of green roof structures protects the community spaces from the sun and they also give an interesting view from the terraces of the units.
