2014 Developement study
Development project of 36 townhouses and condominiums. The townhouse have dimensions of +/- 20 ‘x 32’ for a total area of +/- 1200 square feet excluding basement. A garage is integrated into the house on the ground floor or basement level. Interiors layouts are user-friendly and functional, with flexible spaces to double the use of certain rooms. Built-in furniture such as retractable beds are part of the integrated strategies in the concept. The project targets young families / first buyers with an estimated construction cost of +/- $150,000.
